Still sick as a dog

I'm still sick.  No training, just a lot of sleeping.  That and eating carbs (paleo carbs, but still).  So, I'm not making weight, either and I'm cool with that.  Unlike weightlifting, powerlifting doesn't have a 69 kilo class so I'm in the 72 kilo class.  I took a look at the qualifying totals and I think, if I'm reading the chart right, I can still qualify for nationals if I only hit my first attempt for each of the lifts.  I'll be lifting unequipped.

Here's my plan.  I went conservative with my numbers  based on the fact that I've had a raging fever for the last week and walking up a flight of stairs makes my quads burn (WTF?):


Squat: 111kg, 118kg, 122kg
Bench Press:   50kg, 53kg, 55kg
Deadlift: 120kg, 125kg, 130kg

Bench press is not a PR at all.  The final lifts for squat and DL are PRs but not huge increases (10lbs for both lifts).
