Sleep: 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Time to get back to the business of kicking ass, taking names - you know, that sort of thing. Verses the being sick thing, which mostly has involved laying on the couch, playing Skyrim and wondering how to get my housecarl, Lydia, back now that she's disappeared after I became a werewolf.
Have you seen my housecarl?
^See what the flu does to me? Scary!
Edited to add:
May have been a little quick to announce the end of the fever. My core temperature, it is not normal.

Have to-day been admiring your website and learning from it.
Your videos showing the intensity of weightlifting presses and pullups you perform are awesome.
Wish I could get some overflow of the energy enabling you to produce such a high-quality blog and take so much care with your nutrition. Thanks to my Parkinson’s (diagnosed 1998), getting dressed at the start of every day takes me double the time that others take. And so commence the daily challenges.
Noticed some pretty impressive indoor rowing times on your blog. To-day in the gym I rowed 8 minutes, concentrating on technique in the first 6 minutes then cranking up the pace to finish at 1 min 50 secs per 500 m. Then rowed fast (for me) for 1 minute averaging 1 min 36.5 secs/500m. I click over to 66 years of age on 11 January.
Seems to me that we share some personality streaks of bloodymindedness.
Happy New Year

Neil! Thanks for commenting!
Yay for being bloodyminded, I say. :) Excellent work on the rowing. I think I've seen 1:36 on the rower but never been able to keep it up for more than 300m before my body screams "no more rowing, ever!". LOL!
On the nutrition side of things, I'm getting frustrated so I've asked Mike over at http://www.dynamicnutrition.ca/ to do a plan for me. He's got a blog where he's posted some interesting stuff on paleo and MS. I'm hoping he'll see me as a fun experiment.
Let me know how it continues to go with your fitness pursuits!
