I actually feel pretty good this morning. Not really stiff or sore. Nothing's really inflamed. Great first week of Games training!

Sleep: 12:15 a.m. until I woke without an alarm at 8:15 a.m. And it's rest day. Spent a lot of it with friends, which made a stressful day far less so.
