I think I have the meat sweats.

Got home from the gym after 9:00 and bloody starving.  Loaded up the plate with sweet potatoes, orange tomatoes with mayo and a shitload of slow cooked beef.  I couldn't eat it all.  I'm sitting here with the meat sweats and the desire is there but I just can't eat anymore.  So yummy.  But so full.


I ate the same beef with baby carrots for breakfast, lunch and moar lunch.  Here's moar lunch, I do believe, while at my desk.
Quick math...  28 ounces of beef at about 7g of protein per ounce so... yeah, 182 g of protein.  I'm a 140lb (at last glance) 36 year old disabled female government office worker.  And this is me leaning out a bit.  Gotta love doing squats.  It's a license to eat.

As for the training, here's what I did today.
Front squats 175, 185, 195 (depth was iffy so I’m repeating next week)

I was at the gym messing around for at least two and a half hours tonight.  Granted, there was a meeting in there, I took my time with the squats and then I did a bunch of mobility stuff after on my shoulders and chest but, still, that a lot of work.  Felt good, though, and I had a really fun night.

Sleep:  11:45-8:00 so less than 8 hours and the last half hour was spent mashing the snooze button on my phone.
