10K Run and Almond Butter Lust

Almond butter is heaven on a spoon. It is going to single-handedly get me through these 30 days. I really, really feel for people with nut alergies. I've got to go put it back in the cupboard as Kurt is kind of policing nut butter consumption as that **** is pricy.
