Sleep - 8.5 hours

Energy/Stress Levels  - Good.  Felt chipper and higher energy.  Still stiff from the squats and all the sit ups but manageable.

M1
-  4 ounces roasted pork tenderloin
 - 2 cups mixed steamed veggies (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, celery) tossed in mustard-coconut oil dressing
- 3g fish oil

M2
 - 4 ounces roasted pork tenderloin
 - 2 cups mixed steamed veggies (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, celery) tossed in mustard-coconut oil dressing
 - 2 tbsp hazelnut butter
- 3g fish oil, 1000 iu D3

WOD
3 position clean @ 60% (83lbs) 1x4 (elbows were quick, which felt good)
Rack Jerk 1-1-1-1 @ 98lbs, 103lbs, 113lbs, 118lbs (need to remember to stick head through)
Clean Pulls 3x3 @ 95% (128lbs)
Back Extensions 2x8 (set off dystonia so didn't finish last set... laying on the pads was NOT making my sore quads feel good!)

Mini Met Con of AMRAP 10 65lb front squats, 10 PLU - 8 rounds even

M3
