As of this morning, I m 183. Yeah, 183. The last time I saw the number 183 was November 4th. I have no idea what the **** is going on. My calories have been low. I've been exercising every day. I've been drinking my darn water. And I'm gaining?!?! This is so incredibly screwed up. GRRR!!!!!

This is b/c you are weighing yourself everyday which is a really bad idea. I would imagine it is water retention due to exercise. This always happens to me when I start exercising as well. You should really only weight yourself once a week. Buck up junior, you are still losing.

Thanks, babe. You made me feel better. Today I was down to 181 (when naked and leaning to one side). I should hide my scale.
